Reaction of CeMg2 with hydrogen
- 1. Moskovskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ., Moscow (USSR)
Description
It is shown that CeMg2 interaction with hydrogen may proceed with formation of CeMg2H6 crystal hydride. Crystal hydride and X-ray amorphous phase of the common CeMg2H6-6.4 composition decompose under heating according to the same scheme. The integral enthalpy of CeMg2 hydridation at 313 K with formation of crystal hydride of CeMg2H6 content was determined in Kalve calorimeter
