Simplified installation for the preparation of radioactive colloidal gold
Description
An investigation has been undertaken in order to find a simpler method of preparation of colloidal Au-198 without changing its quality. In the past the equipment consisted of a large fixed device resulting in a very complicated system of circuits under vacuum and depression. The actual one represents a mobile unit composed of ordinary glassware such as beackers and erlenmeyers producing solutions of radioactive colloidal gold with of usual characteristics. (authors)

Nous avons cherche le moyen de preparer d'une facon beaucoup plus simple et sans alterer sa qualite, l'or colloidal 198. Alors qu'auparavant nous utilisions un appareillage fixe important, necessitant un systeme complique de circuits de vide et de depression, nous utilisons maintenant un appareillage mobile, compose de verreries classiques tels que bechers, erlenmeyers, tout en conservant aux solutions d'or colloidal leurs caracteristiques habituelles.
