Physicochemical investigation of CdSesub(x)Tesub(1-x) sintered layers

Description
Phase composition, homogeneity and photoelectric properties of polycrystal sintered layers of CdSesub(x)Tesub(1-x) have been studied. It is established that the obtained layers 5-10 μm thick present solid solutions CdSesub(x)Tesub(1-x) practically over the whole concentration range. The change of energy position of intrinsic maxima of photoconductivity spectra of the layers depending on the composition is of a non-linear character and has the minimum at x approximately 0.4. The layers are characterized by a high multiplicity of σsub(p)/σsub(d) change (where σsub(p) - photoconductivity, σsub(d) - dark conduction) and low inertia
