An estimation of the giant dipole resonance parameters for 12C, 14N, 16O, 27Al and 28Si

Description
The giant dipole resonance parameters of the nuclides 12C, 14N, 16O, 27Al and 28Si are extracted by fitting the Lorentz curves to the experimental data of the photonuclear reaction cross sections and are used to calculate the integrated cross sections, the first moments and the second moments of the integrated cross sections of the photonuclear reaction giant dipole resonances of these nuclides. Better coincidence of the calculated results with the experiment is reached, confirming the reliability of these parameters
