Precision and reproducibility of pipetting in radioimmunoassay

Description
Various commercial micropipettors were compared from the standpoint of their precision and reproducibility of pipetting and thus from the view of suitability for the use in radioimmunoassays. From the observations presented it may be concluded that for volumes less than 100 μl the glass micropipettes show better results than the automatic piston micropipettors. (author)
