Blood circulation of the inner ear under the influence of medications. Radiotracer experiments using guinea pig cochlea

The dependence of the blood circulation in the inner ear on various medications is discussed. By means of a radiotracer clearance technique the cochlear clearance curves for the guinea pig cochlea after the administration of various circulation stimulants were determined. (MBC)

Es wird die Abhaengigkeit der Innenohrdurchblutung von verschiedenen Medikamenten diskutiert. Mittels einer Radiotracer-Clearance-Technik werden in eigenen Experimenten die cochleaeren Clearancekurven an der Meerschweinchencochlea nach Gabe verschiedener durchblutungsfoerdernder Pharmaka bestimmt.
