Description

A neutrino observatory based on a 1000 ton heavy water Cherenkov detector has been proposed. This would be located in a low background laboratory 6800 ft. underground. The detector would have a high counting rate of -- 8 events/day from /sup 8/B solar neutrinos. A brief description of the proposal and physics objectives is given
