Rapid X-ray spectrum analysis of glass
Description
The experience in putting into operation of apparatus for performing X-ray spectrum analysis (RSA) of electrovacuum glass is described. An apparatus complete set comprises a SRM-18 multichannel spectrometer and M-6000 monitoring computational complex. The technique is developed for Na, Mg, Al, Si, K, Ca, Ti, Sr, Sb, Ba, Cl, Pb analysis in samples of a disk form. The SRM-18 complex enables to quickly obtain the results of determination of chemical composition of glass to an accuracy commercially acceptable
