Description

Through studies of superconducting and phase parameters of structure-nonequilibrium coatings of Nb C1-x (x = 0,3 - 0,98) were performed, and the effect of irradiation by 8,8 MeV electrons on these parameters was investigated. It is found that in the ranges C<9 at.% and 15 < approx C < approx 20 at.% the temperature of superconducting transition is equal to Tc = 9,2 K, this value increasing for C = 9-14 at.%. The irradiation produces no effect on Tc. The results obtained were discussed from the stand of ion-induced Nb Cx phase formation at interfaces of the microcrystalline heterogeneous system Nb - C
