Moessbauer spectroscopy of YBa2 (Cu0.99Fe0.01)3 O7-y HTS in T ≅ 20-600 deg C temperature range
Description
Variation of oxygen environment of copper ion positions in YBa2 (Cu0.99Fe0.01)3 O7-y HTSC in the 20-600 deg C temperature range is studied by Moessbauer spectroscopy method. It is shown that observed anomalies in temperature dependences of Moessbauer parameters reflect changes in oxygen environment of iron ions
