The paper describes ENEL's plans for the organization of its training courses in order to fill the gap between the education received at school and the requisites of power station personnel. In this framework, the paper describes the basic policy and the didactic tools that ENEL has procured or plans to procure to implement the program; particularly a CAI/CMI system of a flexible type is expected to provide a satisfactory success of the effort.
