Polarization as a probe of high energy physics

In this paper an attempt is made to show the richness and power of polarization experiments released by creating a general, simple, and flexible framework for defining and reaction amplitudes and designing the experiments interfaced with the amplitudes. In the applications to dynamics the author also obtained results with regard to the interpretation and validity of QCD, both in pp and in pion-nucleon reactions. He describes that polarization experiments and their study are likely to be indispensible for the eventual understanding of strong interaction dynamics, and that already many results, interesting, with wide impact, and sometimes baffling, are obtained
