Application of physicochemical approach to describe the state of irradiated metal systems

Description
It is proposed to use physico-chemical approach for describing irradiated metal systems. It is shown that when additional intensive parameter characterizing radiation and additional condition of equilibrium-compensation of competitive processes of mass-transport are introduced irradiated system become noncontradictive to main principles of physico-chemical analysis
