The influence of biologically active substance on the structure and functional activity liver nuclei of irradiated rats

  • 1. AN Uzbekskoj SSR, Tashkent (Uzbekistan). Inst. Biokhimii

Description

A biologically active substance (isolated from farm animal's milk) decreases the formation of lipid and lysoform peroxidation products and normalizes the corresponding radiation-induced changes in the activity of lipid-dependent enzymes of rat liver nuclear that take part in the process of cellular metabolism thus stabilizing the physicochemical status of the nuclear membranes: this is confirmed by the morphological data
