Remarks on the OH rotational temperature in the night glow

Attention is drawn to a discrepancy between the population distributions of the OH rotational levels (K′ are 1 to 5) obtainable from the night-glow spectra recorded with the spectral resolutions of 2–5 Å and 27 Å.
