Description
Experimental data on the properties of gamma-radiation, generated by electrons and positrons of various energies in silicon and diamond single crystals are examined in a systematic way. Wide ranges of crystal thickness (from a few μm to several tens of mm) and of initial electron and positron energies are covered. The advantage of using single crystal is evaluated. (orig.)
