Description

Results of investigation of niobium-oxygen solid solutions prepared by saturation of niobium rods in the atmosphere of oxygen at a temperature t ≅ 2240 deg C are presented. It is ascertained that in the initial polycrystal samples some monocrystal blocks, their characteristic size being approximately 10 mm, appeared as a result of high-temperature treatment and saturation by oxygen

Представлены результаты исследований твердых растворов ниобий-кислород, полученных насыщением прутков ниобия в атмосфере кислорода при температуре t ≅ 2240 град С. Определено, что в исходных поликристаллических образцах после высокотемпературной обработки и насыщения кислородом появились монокристаллические блоки с характерным размером около 10 мм
