Description
Paramagnetic susceptibility of the CdF2:In Kpara crystals with metastable In centers was measured in darkness and after crystals photodecolorization by light in the spectrum visible area within the temperature range of 4-300 k. The experimental results prove the absence of paramagnetism in the center deep state and its presence in the shallow (donor) state, i.e. they testify the two-electron nature of the deep level in CdF2
