Description

By the method of phase equilibrium diagrams is carried out the analysis of chemical composition of the interface of own oxide-semiconductor for solid solutions: Mn1-xZnxTe, Mn1-xZnxSe, Mn1-xCdxTe, Mn1-xCdxSe, Mn1-xHgxTe and Mn1-xHgxSe. It is shown that elementary chalcogene is a thermodynamically equilibrium component of the interface of all manganese-containing solid solutions with own oxides whereas for Mn1-xHgxTe it is possible appearance of elementary H in the interface region
