Process for detecting leaks in a heat exchanger operating
Description
The process and the device are more particularly interesting for superheater heat-exchangers. The device comprises a temporary storage volume of a tracer gas such as helium and means to inject it fastly in the high-pressure inlet of the heat exchanger. A sampling point of a low-pressure fluid fraction is connected to a detector. A calibration injection system can be also provided
