Description
K-edges (Al, Si) and L-edges (Fe, Co) XAFS-like structures of energy loss electron spectra were obtained. In the OPW approximation calculations of intensities of monopole and dipole transitions were carried out. A comparison of calculated and experimental results demonstrated adequacy of the suggested calculation approach
Abstract (Russian)
Additional details
