It is consists of 1) an important accident in scientific technology country Japan including items such as melt down at the initial step, damage of fuel was proceeding quickly, and residents' evacuation by Declaration of a Nuclear Emergency Situation, 2) large amount of radioactive materials leakage on March 15, that included items such as pressure vessel and containment to have hole, the wind toward the northwest and it had been raining, 3) at last level 7 after level 4 and 5, Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency commented on 'it is completely different from Chernobyl', 4) difference between it or Chernobyl or Three Mile island, Chernobyl accident was caused by nuclear run-away, Fukushima Daiichi nuclear accident was caused by many accidents all-at-once, 5) many looming problems appeared, increasing high concentration radioactive waste water, unstable temperature of pressure vessel, the field worker showed over 250 mSv of upper limit, 6) was the accident unexpected or man-made disaster?, it was unreasonable that the accident was attributed to the tsunami, because two public institutes had warmed large tsunami, 7) children suffered from radiation, people was open to question about 20 mSv/y of the standard value and to aim at 1 mSv/y, 8) convergence program of accident, road map, process to decommissioning of reactor, 9) severe criticism to TEPCO and government, public information as bad examples, injecting seawater into reactor, Nuclear Safety Commission, consciousness to hide unfavorable information, and 10) development of nuclear power plant in earthquake country, Japan, the reasons of small resources country and prevention global warming, and energy policy with a central focus on renewable energy.
