Geoneutrinos detection at Gran Sasso National Laboratory

Description
According to the Reference Earth Flux model built within the Bulk Silicate Earth framework, the number of events due to the antineutrinos coming from the Earth, in the Borexino detector at Laboratori Nazionali del Gran Sasso will be on the order of 6-7 per year per 300 tons.
