Filtered differential measurement system for soft X-ray spectrum

Description
A filtered differential measurement system for soft X-ray spectrum using Ross filters was established. The principle of the system was introduced. Five matched differential pairs were designed. The system was used to measure soft X-ray spectra emitted from laser plasmas and good experimental results were obtained. The measured results show that this system has properties of good monochromaticity, unfolding simply and high accuracy
