Description

This paper analyse the source of uncertainty and evaluate the measurement result uncertainty of γ ray spectrometers activity standard device through building the mathematical module measuring point of an energy radioactive source. The evaluating result have been validated and showed that expanded uncertainty is (4.6 ∼ 5.4)% (k = 2, P = 95%) by vociferating the l37Cs point source in this device and the chief metering station with comparative transmission. The paper conclusion can instruct how to reduce the measuring for the more accurate determination of the measurement calibration device of radioactive source meter. (author)
