Description
Fusion-power reactors of the future will require both high-power lasers and high-performance targets. Our target program is developing the targets. LASNEX, our highly sophisticated computer program, has been used quite successfully in designing targets and in predicting experimental results. We have developed four classes of target designs that will move us successively closer to reactor-level yields
