Description
A current-sensitive preamplifier/discriminator used for small fast signals is introduced in this paper. It can amplify and discriminate current signal which has amplitude of tens of μA and pulse-width of 10-40ns. The concrete circuit and the testing method and result of main performance parameters are presented. (authors)
