Some conceptual problems of the control of the Russian NPP power unit service life

Description
The basic approaches to realization of the NPP power unit service life control (SLC), accepted abroad and established in Russia, are indicated. The conceptual difference of the NPP SLC in the Northern European countries and in the USA is shown. The criteria and organizational aspects of the SLC alternative directions realization, including the continuation of operation and decommissioning of the Russian NPP power units after the expiration of their assigned service life are presented. It is noted that the premature decommissioning of operating power units may prove to be beneficial for the operating organization

Указаны основные подходы к реализации управления сроком службы (УСС) энергоблоков АЭС, принятые за рубежом и устанавливаемые в России. Показано концептуальное различие процессов УСС АЭС в Северных европейских странах и в США. Представлены критерии и организационные аспекты реализации альтернативных направлений УСС, включающих продолжение эксплуатации и вывод из эксплуатации по истечении назначенного срока службы российских энергоблоков АЭС. Отмечено, что в благоприятной экономической ситуации досрочный вывод энергоблока из строя действующих может оказаться выгодным для эксплуатирующей организацииAdditional details
