Low energy anti p beam at Brookhaven

Description
A new D6 beamline at Brookhaven is described as a source of low energy antiprotons comparable in momentum to LEAR. Electrostatic separation is used to yield about 90% purity; intensities approaching LEAR are possible. D6 is open to anti p proposals, but no experiments have been approved
