How can R parity be broken?

Description
The most popular model of spontaneous R-parity breaking is analyzed. It is shown that the extremum of the potential found in the model is, in fact, an unstable saddle point, while in the true minimum R parity is not broken. Other existing models involving R-parity breaking are briefly discussed and it is pointed out that none of them can describe successfully the existing experimental data
