Use of stents in acute occlusion of the colon tumor. Case presentation

It is described the utilization of endoscopic of auto-expendable steins in two patients by mechanical acute occlusion of left colon, agreements in the service of urgencies, which allowed us to improve the state hydroelectrolitic and symptomatic of the patients, as well as the preparation of the colon, the surgery of urgency being avoided and colostomy, being programmed and controlled surgically to five days.
