The ionic conductivity of yttria-zirconia compositions

Description
In this paper electrical conductivity has been investigated with a 4-probe dc technique as a function of temperature in the range 400-1000deg C and as a function of time at the fuel cell operating temperature of 1000deg C for several compositions in the single cubic (c) or tetragonal (t) and two phase c+t fields. The contribution of the grain boundary to the total resistivity was separated with impedance spectroscopy
