Hsub(α)-photometry of the SS 433 (V 1343 Aquilae)
- 1. Moskovskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ. (USSR). Gosudarstvennyj Astronomicheskij Inst. ''GAISh''
Description
The narrow-band electrophotometry (Δlambdasub(1/2)75 A) of SS 433 in the stationary Hα-emission line and in the nearby continuum have been carried out over both orbital and precessional periods. The intensity of Hα line changes by 2.4 times within the orbital period reaching its minimum at the phase phi=0.0-0.1, when the accretion disk is eclipsed by the ''rmal'' star. This fact evidences that the main part of stationary Hα emission flux originates inside the binary system (presumably in the accretion disk). The average intensity of the stationary Hα emission correlates with the phase of precessional period
