Studies on the electronic structure andof urea-nitrate
Description
It is well known that urea-nitrate (UN) is a white solid complex prepared by urea with nitric acid, which is thus usually written as U lg-bullet HNO3, (U- -area). Now it has widely been applied to fertilizer manufacture, chemical washing, petroleum opening and some- fields in industry because of its dissoluabe in water into the original materials, i.e. urea and nitric acid. But the knowledge about the electronic structure andof UN is very little, therefore in this paper the electronic structure of UN has been calculated by SCC-DVa method and its vibrational, ultraviolet absorption bands and XPS binding energy investigated. On the basis of these, the Chemical bond of UN has been discussed and the formula for UN, [UH]+NO3-, to be named uranium nitrate, proposed
