Influence of Gauss spreading on Cdsub(x)Hgsub(1-x)Te photosensitivity spectrum
- 1. Moskovskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ. (USSR)
Description
Studied is the influence of the Gauss spreading on material photoelectric properties. Stated is the significant influence of the Gauss spreading on the photoconductivity spectrum of Cdsub(x)Hgsub(1-x)Te solid solution the crystals of which are homogeneous in spectra in regions not less than 400x10-6 m. The spectral photoconductivity model suggested agrees with experimental data
