Description

High frequency communication module is an essential unit of modern spacecraft. This paper introduces the principle and the typical parameters, and according to the radiant characteristics of high frequency signal, proposed the irradiation effect test method for high frequency communication module, which can realize the real-time monitoring of the main parameters, to analyze the total dose radiation effect. And the experiment of total dose effect of typical high frequency communication module is completed, to verify this method. (authors)
