μSR investigations of UX3 compounds

Description

We report on measurements of UX3 compounds. The crystal structure of these compounds is of the cubic AuCu3 type. Compounds with this structure show all relevant metallic behaviours. In our case we compared two groups of mixed crystals. Both of them move from local-moment magnetism to paramagnetic behaviour but one group develops a heavy fermion state in between
