N.N'-diphenilurea-(carbonyl-14C) from N-benzoyl-(carbonyl-14C)-O-phenylcarbamoyl-hydroxylamin

Description
N-Benzoyl-(carbonyl-14C)-O-phenylcarbamoylhydroxylamine (1x) is synthesized from benzoic acid-(carboxyl-14C) via benzhydroxamic acid-(carbonyl-14C). Decomposition of 1x in various systems - without solvent, solutions in toluene, dioxane, dioxane/H2O, H2O, H2O/NaOH - yields N,N'-diphenylurea-(carbonyl-14C) (2x) of different activity depending on the system, which explains mechanisms involving the intermediates benzhydroxamic acid and phenyl isocyanate.
Abstract (German)
N‐Benzoyl‐(carbonyl‐ 14 C)‐O‐phenylcarbamoylhydroxylamin ( 1x ) wird aus Benzoesäure ‐ (carboxyl‐ 14 C) üder Benzhydroxamsäure ‐ (carbonyl‐ 14 C) dargestellt. ‐ Zersetzung von 1x in verschiedenen Systemen ‐ohne Lösungsmittel, Lösungen in Toluol, Dioxan, Dioxan/H 2 O, H 2 O, H 2 O/NaOH ‐ liefert in Abhängigkeit vom System N. N′ ‐Diphenylharmstoff‐ (carbonyl ‐ 14 C) ( 2x ) unterschi edlicher Aktivität, was Nechanismen mit den zuischenstufen Benzhydroxamsäre und Phenylisocyanat erklären.Additional details
