Interpretation of photovoltaic pulses in normal YBa2Cu3O7

Description
200 mV photovoltaic voltage pulses reported [C. L. Chang, A. Kleinhammes, W. G. Moulton, and L. R. Testardi Phys. Rev. B (in press)] for YBa2Cu3O7 illuminated with 2--30 mJ/cm2 at 532 nm are interpreted in terms of the complete theory of photovoltaic responses, including off-diagonal terms not recognized in the original theory. The resulting predictions are in reasonable quantitative agreement with experiment
