Description

The new event - variations of the ionosphere F2 region critical frequency minimum - is described on the basis of the results on measurements of the world-wide characteristics. It is clear that the variations of this kind should be correlated with the ionosphere dynamics. This work may be considered as the start of the ionosphere studies through the world-wide monitoring in the deca-meter range
