The influence of ultrasound on the reduction of plutonium (4) by hydrazine and hydroxylamine in nitric acid and hydrochloric acid media
Creators
Description
Spectrophotometric method was used to study reduction of Pu(4) by hydrazine and hydroxylamine in HNO3 and HCl solutions under the effect of ultrasonic waves at 18-20 deg C. It is shown that reaction of Pu(4) with hydrazine is accelerated in ultrasonic field approximately 10 times; ultrasound doesn't produce noticeable effect on behaviour of the actinoid in the case of hydroxylamine
