The invention aims at reducing the energy required for ionization by decreasing the ion current. The ion source consists of a gas discharging chamber and beam optic, an energy source for discharging, a magnet system, and an additional energy source for discharging. The negative pole of the energy source is connected with the positive pole of the magnet
