Design of baseline restorer in the nuclear electronic system

  • 1. Department of Instrument Science and Technology, National University of Defense Technology, Changsha (China)

Description

Because the impulse response of the nuclear electronic system often has a tail with slow decay, in the environment of high signal count rate, the output signal of the detector will be imposed to a baseline level after processing of the amplify system. After analysing the principle of baseline restoration, this paper firstly summarized the principle of the traditional CD and CDD baseline restorers, secondly presented the design project of the feedback baseline restorer, thirdly chose the optimal parameters by simulation and eventually designed the optimal baseline restorer by comparing several hardware circuit boards with each other.
