Magnetic ordering in the ternary intermetallic compound UAu2Si2

Description
Measurements of electrical resistivity between 0.3 to 300 K and transverse magnetoresistance in fields up to kOe on UAu2Si2 compounds with ThCr2Si2-type structure suggest a transition to a spiral magnetic order below 80 K followed by another to a ferromagnetic order below 18 K. (orig.)
