Description
It is proposed a new method for calculating the intensity of X-rays and thermal neutrons diffracted in a single crystal with some defects. Comparing the theories of Bragg diffraction of X-rays and thermal neutrons in perfect single crystals and their small-angle scattering theories, we propose a new method for calculating the intensity of X-rays and thermal neutrons diffracted in single crystals with defects
