About one case of Schnitzler disease: nosologic reminder and diagnosis argument of scintigraphy hyper fixations of the legs skeleton

Description
Objectives: to report a case of IgG variant type of Schnitzler disease detected in a context of general state impairment, to remind the characteristics especially scintigraphy of this syndrome and the differential diagnosis to discuss. Conclusions: the Schnitzler syndrome is a rare clinical entity (about 100 reported cases) to evoke in front of the association of hives-monoclonal peak-osseous pains. the other causes of bilateral hyper fixations of the limb skeleton must be discussed.
