Bounds on the baryon/photon ratio due to our existence
Description
The existence of human beings to measure the ratio nsub(B)/nsub(γ) necessarily imposes severe bounds on it: 10-11 approx. O (msub(e)/Msub(Planck))sup(1/2) <= nsub(B)/nsub(γ) <= O(α2) approx. 10-4. Then in a large class of grand unified theories the existence of six flavours becomes an unavoidable necessity. (orig.)
