Reproducibilities of the successive first pass radionuclide angiography using pertechnatate-99m
- 1. Tokyo Metropolitan Geriatric Medical Center (Japan)
Description
Reproducibilities of the successive first pass radionuclide angiography using pertechnatate-99m was evaluated. Ten minutes after the initial study of the first pass angiography, successive study was performed at the same resting condition. The LVEF showed good correlation between initial study and successive study. By using slant hole collimator attached close to the chest anteriory, left ventricle was separated from the descending artery completely. Multigated image was obtained by 8 beats summation in this condition. Good correlation was obtained between 8 beats method and 4 beats method and the eight beats method produced image with better configuration and improvement in statistics. (author)
