Description
This paper deals with an analytical description of the form of low-energy cut-off of the electron and positron distribution functions which is in a good agreement with the known results of the numerical cascade simulation. We have shown that the maximum position of the distribution function as the pulsar parameters can be found theoretically from an analysis of the curvature radiation and the pair production by curvature photons and synchrotrons
