Events in Iraq and nuclear weapon non-proliferation treaty
Description
The fact of violation of the nuclear weapon non-proliferation. Treaty by Iraq opens the new stage in history of the Treaty and International system for nuclear safeguards. The exposure of the Iraq secret activity in aims of nuclear weapon production is described. Three methods for uranium enrichment were developed: electromagnetic, centrifugal and chemical. Possible consequences of the incident for the world atomic industry are considered. Recommendations for changing the operating safeguard system are presented
